Brussels, Wed. 1 July 2020 - Interel is proud to announce that it has won two SABRE Awards at the occasion of the 2020 edition of the contest organized by PRovoke. Interel EU was the winning agency in the category "Best Use of Illustrations + Photography” for its campaign “Nobody Left Outside” and Interel Belgium won in the category “Digital and Social Media – Word of mouth” for its campaign “Get your vouchers out at the farm”.
Yesterday evening, the 2020 jury composed of 66 experts from around the world awarded Interel two prestigious SABRE Awards. The organizer of the award ceremony, PRovoke — previously known as The Holmes Report — is the leading publication in the field of PR and Public Affairs. The EMEA SABRE Awards, the world's largest and most coveted competition in Public Affairs, Public Relations and Communication, recognizes excellence across a comprehensive range of categories, based on a rigorous and expert assessment of the effectiveness, measurable results and impact of campaigns.
For this edition, more than 600 projects were submitted by agencies from all over Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Five campaigns were shortlisted in each category.
The jury recognized the Interel EU team for its excellent work in the realization of the "Nobody Left Outside" campaign, created for pharmaceutical company MSD, in the category "Best Use of Illustrations + Photography ". The initiative gathers many organizations willing to take a step towards better healthcare access for marginalized communities in Europe.
“It is a true honor to count Interel among the winners. It is gratifying to see the work and efforts of our teams rewarded by a competition of this magnitude”, explained Grégoire Poisson, CEO Interel Group.
The Belgian Interel team was recognized for its excellent work in the realization of the campaign Get Your Vouchers Out at the Farm, delivered on behalf of its client VIA (Voucher Issuers Association). VIA, in collaboration with Interel Belgium, worked to enable the beneficiaries of eco-vouchers and meal vouchers to use them on farms, selling local products. The initiative aims to support the promotion of short supply-chain purchases.
“This is a great recognition of the quality of our teams' work. This award also demonstrates that the complementarity between communication and public affairs is essential to achieve our customers' objectives”, says Florence Muls, Managing Director of Interel Belgium.
