  • We conducted exposure audits, conceived crisis communication management structures and manuals as well as training programmes for large and small companies in the most diverse sectors: oil, gas, security, steel, pharmaceutics, automotive, retail, banking, distribution, chemicals, trade associations, insurances, etc, that  at times involved media, employees, trade unionists;
  • We provided ongoing crisis preparedness services, elaborated and carried out pre-emptive issue management plans for a multitude of organisations;
  • We were instrumental in the damage control in the wake of the dioxin crisis that hit the Belgian meat production and the rehabilitation of its export;
  • We were involved in dozens of restructuring schemes that included strategy developments, preparatory work and on-site assistance and support;
  • We helped manage social conflicts, dealt with internal communication, developed messages and prepared negotiations with social partners through simulation exercises;
  • We assisted a company in the Management of a social conflict following a dismissal for cause;
  • We produced strategies and schemes aimed at Pre-empting issues and building up support amongst the local community and social partners in preparation of the closure of a production unit;
  • We intervened following criticism on the security level at an airport, focusing on competent authorities, business partners and public opinion;
  • We were instrumental in restoring investors’ confidence for a listed professional services company, following a change of management and an ensuing plunge of share price;
  • We managed and implemented all aspects of stakeholder communications in anticipation of a hostile take-over bid aimed at a multinational company;
  • We interceded for a bank, following allegations from a member of Parliament suggesting corporate social irresponsibility;
  • We developed and carried out a full blown issues management programme encompassing the most diverse subjects and interventions at local and regional levels and involving pre-emption of local, media and NGO opposition, so as to favour political and public support in favour of the opening of a quarry;
  • We created support from a local community and prevented issues for a real-estate company in the framework of the preparation of building projects;
  • We pre-empted potential issues and built support within a local community in preparation of the building of  a windmill farm on the site of a company.
